  I believe in living a life you love, which brought me to photography in the first place. I began this journey twelve years ago, when I bought my first camera. It never left my side, and I began photographing anything, everything – drawn to documenting the love and connection we share with one another.

​

   I have always been sentimental about photographs, spending hours going through my old family photos and begging for the stories behind each image. I think that wanting these memories captured for my own life and family’s journey is the reason I get so much inspiration and joy when photographing these big life moments for others. This is more than just showing up and snapping some pretty photos. I can say with my whole heart – I care. Whatever life moment you hire me to capture – I want to get in the thick of it.

  There are two key components when it comes to my style. The first, is that I strive to use light in a way that makes you feel the emotion. Second, I look for the emotion that shows the connection between my subjects. I like to direct my couples by finding the best light and flattering angles, but I also like to let the day evolve naturally. Never do I want a wedding day to feel like a big photo shoot, but instead, a collection of images that tell a story – YOUR STORY – capturing it in the most beautiful way that I can.
